It is a product acquired with condensation physical methods after sourcherry juice is clarified that is obtained mechanically from strong and mature sourcherries (Prunus Cerasus L.) and it is not fermented but it can be fermentable. It tastes natural, clear, characteristic sourcherry. It doesn’t contain any foreign taste and scent.
